The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station and a 6-minute walk from Studio Alta. Guests can take the Airport Limousine Bus from Haneda Airport to the Shinjuku West Exit stop, a short walk from the hotel. The hotel sits on the quiet west side of Shinjuku Station, close to Kabukicho and Omoide Yokocho.

amazing location and great service!

clean room fluent staff safe neighborhood

The rooms were amazingly clean! the staff were helpful and spoke english fluently. i loved the proximity to shinjuku station. This made getting around so easy. plus, the neighborhood felt super safe, even late at night, which i really valued!

The walls are a little thin. I could sometimes hear neighbors, but it was never too disruptive.

The staff provided really good service at the front desk! they were always available and ready to help with directions and recommendations. they were super friendly. It was great.

The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, very convenient for quick meals! i also appreciated the supplies available at the front desk, and i loved the salon-quality hairdryer in the room. A great addition.

fantastic stay, prime location!

The hotel location was super convenient! it was an easy walk to the station and lots of shops. the staff was so friendly. they gave helpful suggestions for restaurants nearby, which i greatly appreciated. the communal areas were a plus. Free tea and coffee in the mornings were a lovely touch.

i found that the soundproofing in the room was not ideal. i could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms which was a little distracting!

strong ammonia smell uncomfortable heating

The location near Shinjuku Station proved convenient. The staff was very friendly.

The room I received felt quite small. The bathroom smelled strongly of ammonia . the heating seemed centrally controlled and stuck on hot were nice.
